What could you try for the first time?

I’m struggling to think of anything I’d like to try that I haven’t already. Which tells me that I’ve lived a privileged life and that I should be very grateful for what I have. I am truly blessed and this is something I tell myself every day. This isn’t just an empty ritual. It’s a mantra that helps focus my mind on positive thoughts and good feelings. As you age, it is very easy to get drawn into obsessing about your many aches and pains, or the state of the world we live in. By focussing on gratitude and thankfulness, we can better appreciate what we have, and this can make a real difference to our life. It helps us put everything into perspective.

Well said, Paul! And counting blessings is way better than counting aches, right?
