I will relax on my sofa tonight with my missus and our two cats. I do this most evenings after I’ve eaten, watered the garden and done a little bit in my art studio. The dark nights are drawing in so I’m lighting the candles again of an evening and getting the throws out to sit under. I do love watching a good drama, noodling on my iPad, playing a game or reading. How lucky I am to have these luxuries. I think of others in the world who aren’t so fortunate and I hope that one day their fortunes will improve. I never take what I have for granted. Some people want exotic holidays, travel, nights out in the pub, or meals out in expensive restaurants. Not me. I’m happiest when I’m at home with the people I love.
