What strategies do you use to increase comfort in your daily life?

To increase my mental comfort:
A cup of tea and a cake
Seeing my mates (with a cup of tea and a cake)
Music via headphones (with tea, without cake)
Singing and playing my guitar (definitely without cake)
Dancing (to build up appetite for tea and cake)
A comedy or feel good TV (tea and cake required)
A quiet space (flask of tea, with portable cake)
A woodland walk (tea and cake in the cafe at the end)
My garden (with a cup of tea and a cake of course)
Scents and aromas (of tea and cake)
Meditation (whilst thinking of tea and cake)
A drive to the beach to watch the waves (or a walk to the kitchen to watch cake).
To ease my physical comfort:
For pain: My heat pad, NSAID’s, (cake)
My sofa, (whilst eating cake and drinking tea)
A candle-lit bath (tea, no cake)
My bed (waiting for tomorrow’s tea and cake)
