What strategies do you use to maintain your health and well-being?

I’ve done this a few times before, but here we go again:

Exercise:

Cross Trainer

Aerobic floor exercise

Walking steps

Gardening

Mental Comfort:

Seeing my mates 

Music via headphones

Singing and playing my guitar 

A comedy or feel good TV

Avoid social media or the news

Avoid negative people

A woodland walk 

My garden

Scents and aromas

Meditation 

A drive to the beach to watch the waves

Physical Comfort:

For pain: heat pad, NSAID’s

My sofa

My bed

A candle lit bath

Sleep
