What’s one small improvement you can make in your life?
Small improvements I should make in my life:
I should exercise more. Really fit people go jogging. I should do that.
I should eat less crap, and only eat fresh fruit and vegetables like one of these super fit people.
I should not be on my phone so much.
I should go out and socialise more.
I should watch less TV.
I should meditate and only think positive thoughts.
I should go to bed earlier and get up earlier.
Or, I could stop writing lists of things I should do and just enjoy the day for what it is, and me for who I am. Telling myself I should do things creates stress and anxiety. It says I must be doing things wrong and fills my mind with guilt.
Now, what do I want to do?
